Extra Space Coming This Year
CPS CEO Barbara Byrd-Bennett and 19th Ward Alderman Matt O'Shea announced that Cassell would be receiving a new 8 classroom modular unit and a new playground at the start of next school year.
They both cited the high level of parental and community support as being a key ingredient in making Cassell a great school.
We would like to thank all of you for the phone calls, letters, petitions, and attending meetings to make the voice of Cassell heard.
